When & Where
American Heart Association
Go Red For Women is a passionate, social, emotional initiative designed to empower women to take charge of their health.
Ten years ago, the American Heart Association created the Go Red For Women campaign to help raise awareness that cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death among women – killing nearly half a million women each year.
Go Red For Women funds scientific research and educational programs to advance women’s understanding of their risk for heart disease. We provide tools and motivation to help women reduce their risk and live healthier, stronger lives. Ten years ago the AHA launched the GRFW movement. Today, 21% fewer women are dying from heart disease & stroke! But there’s so much more we can do. Please join us in support of this vital cause!
